Hey Bric,
I was hoping you could forward a message for me to the listed members above. I really appreciate your help with this!

To Whom it May Concern,
I receive the Carmel Ci?zens for Responsible Zoning newsle?er and wanted to share my views on the increased building
as well as touch on the fact that most Carmel residents have very li?le input in this ma?er. The housing task force mainly
represents people or businesses who are invested in Carmel maxing out capacity. Not one resident I have spoken with is
in support of all this unfe?ered building. I personally do not want my house (which I’ve owned since 2008) to be rezoned
like many other areas. I have no desire to live this close to so many apartments/town homes with shops under. When will
this stop?
Another thing to note is the loss of land for animals, plants, as well as people who enjoy nature. People who have a yard
must now deal with more wildlife than ever before coming into their areas.
It is increasingly difficult to even enjoy a day outside without being distracted by the construc?on, loud
motorcycles/cars, and events.
I have lived in Carmel for most of my 38 years and am truly saddened by this. I hope you will take surveys and ask
long?me Carmel residents for their feedback. Thank you for your ?me.
Best wishes,
Julie Burns
