be through the previously approved locations on Commerce Drive.

We have received your review letter dated July 30, 2002 regarding the Secondary
Plat for the Carmel Centre West Office Buildings to be located at the southeast comer of
106th Street and Commerce Drive in Clay Township. The project surveyor has added the
2' Non-Access Easement along 106th Street and Drainage and Utility Easements along
106th Street and Commerce Drive. A copy of the revised plat drawing is enclosed for
your file.

Hello everyone:
Following are CTRWD comments on the agenda items effecting our sanitary sewers or service
area for the July 17 TAC meeting. Please feel free to copy and distribute this email or
attach it to your meeting minutes. We have also created a new page on our website linked
to the "Construction" page where we have posted all CTRWD TAC comments from 2001 and 2002
meetings held to date. We will continue to add to this page every month so please let
everyone know they can view our comments online now too.
Meridian Corners Professional Building #1 (Development Plan)
The plans received by the District do not contain the most recent version of the
District's Sanitary Sewer Specifications. General note #3 on sheet 5 needs to be revised
to read; Specifications per the Clay Township Regional Waste District shall apply for all
sanitary sewers. Revised plans need to be submitted showing a sanitary connection and the
District's specifications. Building permits should NOT be issued unless the District has
issued connection permits.
~est Carmel Center, Block B, Lots 1 & 2 (Secondary Plat)
The plans received by the District do not show a sanitary sewer connection or contain the
District's Sanitary Sewer Specifications. Revised plans need to be submitted showing a
sanitary connection and the District's specifications. Building permits should NOT be
issued unless the District has issued connection permits.
Aberdeen Bend (Secondary Plat and Construction Plans)
The plans received by the District do not contain the most recent version of the District
specifications. A note needs to be provided stating there will be no sanitary sewer
constructed within 100 feet of an existing well or there are no existing wells. Final
revisions will be required. Building permits should NOT be issued unless the District has
issued connection permits.
Laurelwood/Henderson Maintenance Building (Site Construction Plans)
The District has no comments on the construction plans unless they affect the sanitary
sewers in construction.
Evangelical Baptist Mission (Variance Development Plans)
The plans received by the District do not contain the District specifications. A lateral
connection is shown being made in the middle of an existing gravity sewer main and the
District requires this connection to be made with an inside drop into the existing
sanitary manhole #217. Final revisions will be required. Building permits should NOT be
issued unless the District has issued connection permits.

This letter serves to acknowledge receipt of a transmittal received May 31, 2002, containing the
plans for the above-mentioned project. After reviewing the plans the Highway Department has the
following comments:
1. Please forward the Dedication of Right of Way to my attention so that the documents may be
presented and accepted at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Hamilton County Board of
Commissioners.
2. The right of way for construction of the taper does not exist. If the right of way cannot be
acquired, the pavement should extend to the east pro~erty line and a taper striped to
transition the traffic back to the eastbound lane of 106 Street. See the attached mark up.
3. A 2' stone shoulder Is needed along the widened section of 10e"' Street.
4. End of the road Markers are needed at the east end. I have Included Standard Detail 5-4.
