Dear Mr. McKinley,
Pursuant to the Old Town Overlay Zone, ZO 23D.4, the following action has been taken on the Site Plan and
Design Review petition filed for the property located at 248 2nd Street NW.
ADMINISTRATIVELY APPROVED: Docket No. 107-02 SDR, application remodel an existing single-
family dwelling. The following condition applies to this approval:
a. A recorded deed or land contract must be submitted to the Department of Community
Services. If you are leasing, buying on contract, or petitioning for property that is not
legally in your name, the owner of the property must sign a letter giving his or her
consent for the petition and this must be submitted to the Department.
Please be advised that per Section 23.D.4.C of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned approval shall
be valid for two (2) years from the date of approval. If construction/renovation has not started at the end
of the two (2) year period, the Site Plan and Design Review request must be re-submitted to the Director.
Further, if an approved Site Plan and Design Review petition is substantially altered, re-submittal to the
Director for approval is required.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application
for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval. If I can be of any further
