Your pool/building permit B-2024-00296 for 14547 New Garden Lane was flagged for having the proposed pool equipment location within a 15’ D.U. & S.E. The homeowner would like the equipment placed next to the AC unit. Please work with Samuel Clark of the Hamilton County Surveyor’s Office for consent to encroach approval, and also Jarrod Huff of the Carmel Engineering Department for consent to encroach. If both are fine with this request, we can send your variance request to the July 22 BZA Hearing Officer. 1 Shestak, Joe From:Daniel Majestic <Daniel@permapools.com> Sent:Friday, July 12, 2024 2:51 PM To:Conn, Angelina V Cc:Dan Majestic; Shestak, Joe; Butler, Bric Subject:Re: PZ-2024-00098 V Wolf Residence, Pool Equipment - Packet Due Sounds good I can get you this Monday no problem. The BZA needs a better reason as to what will happen if your variance is denied and you are made to comply with the UDO for placement of pool equipment. Please amend that and re-send that to us by early next week. Thank you. You can start that administrative process by creating and submitting a CTE Application on the online application portal, if you have not yet done so. One more quick question – how far away from the side property line will the pool equipment be located? (It looks like it will be located within that 15-ft wide drainage/utility easement…). Please let me know. Thanks!
