(Make sure to check Carmel BZA on their form.) c) *The Current in Carmel only prints on Tuesdays, and their filing deadline is usually 14 days prior to their printing date. It will have the Staff’s analysis and recommendation vote to the BZA. In the meantime, in looking at the adjoining property owners list, it looks like you might have requested it for your house’s parcel, rather than the parcel of land that the pole barn will sit on. To be on the safe side, please also mail out your Notice of Public Hearing to the property owners located to the south and west of that subject parcel, today or tomorrow.
