The General Contractor shall verify all conditions at the jobsite. Notify Architect of any deviations from those conditions as they are noted on the drawings. 2. The General Contractor shall coordinate and schedule all work with the Owner. 3. The General Contractor is responsible for compliance with all state and local building codes and government regulatory agencies. 4. The General Contractor is to submit shop drawings, project data, and samples to Owner/Architect for approval prior to fabrication of all millwork and wall finishes. 5. Do not scale any drawings. Any dimensions are to be obtained from the Architect if not noted on the drawings. Refer all questions to the Architect or Engineer on Record. 6. All dimensions are to C.L. of demising wall of units and face of framing. 7. The General Contractor shall keep one set of plans at the jobsite for the specific purpose of recording actual construction conditions. Such project record documents shall be provided to the Owner upon completion of the project. 8. The General Contractor shall verify size, location, and characteristics of all works and equipment supplied by the Owner or others with the manufacturer or supplier prior to the start of the work. 9. The General Contractor shall see that all Subcontractors receive complete working drawings and assume full responsibility for coordination of work. 10.
