Sod to limits of grading andconstruction related disturbance. Contractor responsiblefor restoration of any unauthorized disruption outside ofdesignated construction area.3.Contractor responsible for erosion control in all seededand/or sodded areas. All disturbed areas are to beprotected within 24 hours. Do not disturb more area thancan be completed and protected within 24 hours.4.Temporary fencing shall be installed around the lawn areasif the project is opened to the public before the lawn isestablished.5.All existing trees within the project limits determined to beinterfering with construction activity to be pruned by acertified arborist as directed by the Landscape Architect.Shade Tree Planting, Typ.6. Refer toPlanting Bed Edge Condition, Detail 02, Sheet L101.8.Contractor to restore 3" of shredded hardwood mulch toall areas of construction disturbance within existinglandscape beds. Contractor to remove and dispose of alldebris, stones and dirt clods 1" or larger.9.Plants and other materials are quantified and summarizedfor the convenience of the Owner and jurisdictionalagencies only. Confirm and install sufficient quantities tocomplete the work as drawn and specified. No additionalpayments will be made for materials required to completethe work as drawn and specified.
