Please revise Please remove the call out to top dress with #53 stone Please provide stabilization over the disturbance here Will this be bored or trenched under the sidewalk? Can the two plan sets be combined to avoid confusion? Please turn the end of this silt fence up into the site Please provide inlet protection on this structure How will this swale be conveyed past the construction entrance? Please provide perimeter protection along this perimeter Please extend to be 150' long Please replace with the City's standard detail Please replace with City standard drawings Please extend this to be 150' long Please close access to this entrance Please revise perimeter protection here What is this protecting? Please place protection along this entrance Turn silt fence into the site Please provide a SWPPP narrative for the site What will be the water quality measure installed with this project? Please provide a legend for all items shown on the sheet This roadway is not currently installed Has a wetland delineation been completed on the site? Changemark Details Please revise this entrances to comply with the City standard drawing 10-22 and place detail on the plans. This detail should be replaced with standard drawing 10-16. If these road will become public, we will need a street profile showing the street grades. They must be a minimum of 0.5% and can not exceed 8%. Is the angle show on the plans achievable or will it need to be reconfigured? Please show the right-of-way dimensions and lines if this road will be public. If not, please show the property lines and an ingress/egress easement on the plans. We will not accept this tyoe of BMP for the roadway to be constructed. Please remove these and replace with a water quality unit. There appears to be an opportunity to work with the adjacent project to install a unit that will treat the runoff from both projects. Whether the street is public or private, we will require it to be built to the City's standards. Please provide the City's local street typical section on the plans. The standard aspalt paving section will need to be revised to match the pavement section provided on this detail. We do not allow for constrcution entrances to be top dressed with #53 stone. Please remove all references to do so. We would like for the two plan sets to be combined into one set. If they cannot be combined, we will require a separate storm water managment permit to be submitted for each plan set. Will a culvert be installed under the entance to convey the water? Please replace these with the City's standard drawings for each. These details can be found here: http://carmel.in.gov/department-services/engineering/construction-trades/standards-drawings Please block this access so that equipment and vehicles must use the construction entrance to enter and exit the site. Please leave a gap in the silt fence for the sidewalk or provide a perimeter protection that will work on pavement in this area. This inlet protection do not appear to be over an inlet. Please revise or remove. Please provide a mulch sock/fiber roll product along this entrance. Please turn both ends of the silt fence into the site Please provide a SWPPP narrative for the site with all the required items outlined in the City of Carmel SWPPP Requirements PDF I've uploaded to the correspondence folder. Please provide a legend for this sheet and all other sheets. Per our latest aerial photos (taken on 9/19/18), this road is not currently installed. Was this installed without the City being informed? If not, please remove this from the existing conditions sheet. There is a low spot on the site that contains hydric soils that could indicate the presence of a wetland.
