The contractor shall contact thedepartment of Engineering to schedule a pre-construction meeting to review thedepartment's construction requirements, staff notification requirements, requiredinspections for certain stages of the work and to review the authority of thedepartment as it relates to work within the existing and proposed right-of-way.Damage to the exisitng right-of-way shall be restored/repaired to the satisfaction ofthe City at the completion of the project. The contractor is encouraged to inspect theright-of-way with the city prior to the start of construction to document the existingcondition of the right-of-way.All existing perimeter road drainage structures and bridges across the frontage ofthis development are indicated on the plans. Provisions have been made to pmproveor replace any drainage structures and bridges as necessary or as request by theCity ot accommodate the pavement widening, auxiliary lanes, multi-use path, andany other required improvements to the property or the roadway. The cost to improveor replace any draiange structures and bridges will be borne by the developer.
