This release shall expire by limitation, and become null and void. if the work authorized is not commenced within one (1) year from the above date. CONDITIONS: Note :(A 1A & A 1 B): In accordance with the affidavit sworn under penalties of pe~ury in the application for construction design release the plans and specifications filed in conjunction with this project shall comply with all of the applicable rules and laws of Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission. Pool waste water shall be discharged into an acceptable sewage system in accordance with Rule 2, Section 23, ISPC (675 lAC 20-2-23). The water supply serving the pool shall meet 327 lAC, the rules of the Water Pollution Control Board, before any bather uses the pool in accordanca with Rule 2. Section 25(a), ISPC (675 lAC 20- 2-25). Deck markings shall be provided in accordance with Rule 2, Section 26(c), ISPC (675 lAC 20-2-26).
