All other final fabrication and installation details must comply with the Sign Criteria noted in Exhibit B of the Lease between Carmel Lofts LLC and the Tenant West Eight Property Group Inc., dated 6/5/2024.. All dimensions must be field verified prior to final installation and such measurements are your responsibility. If any such measurements are found to be inaccurate upon installation, the removal of the material and reinstallation, per the Lease specifications, will also become your responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure that all signs pass proper governmental zoning regulations. In addition, the Landlord requires a copy of the permit you receive prior to installation.
