RE: Docket No. PZ-2024-00064 PP: Andrews Subdivision Primary Plat
Dear Mr. Timko:
The Carmel Plan Commission Committee took the following action at its meeting on July 2, 2024, regarding
primary plat approval for a 30-lot subdivision with open space/common areas. The site is located at 4411 E 146th
Street and is zoned Andrews PUD (Z-687-24).
APPROVED with CONDITIONS: Andrews Subdivision Primary Plat:
• Docket No. PZ-2024-00064 PP: Andrews Subdivision Primary Plat
• CONDITION: The Petitioner receives final approval by the Carmel Engineering Department.
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting an application for any
permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
