St Andrews Ave Yorktown, IN 47396 RE: Docket No. PZ-2024-00044 DP/ADLS: Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Dear Mr. Jacobs: The Carmel Plan Commission Committee took the following action at its July 2, 2024 meeting regarding Development Plan and ADLS approval for a new full-service hotel with 102 rooms. The site is located at 13285 Illinois St. and is zoned MC/Meridian Corridor. APPROVED with CONDITIONS: PZ-2024-00044 DP/ADLS: Courtyard by Marriott Hotel • The Petitioner receives Development Standards Variance approval from the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) for the building massing. • The Petitioner will provide updated elevations and renderings to the Carmel Planning & Zoning Department. In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting an application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
