Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2024-00096 V: Weber Farms Produce Stand Variance
Dear Mr. Weber,
At the meeting held on Monday, July 22, 2024, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at
160 W. Carmel Drive:
APPROVED with CONDITION: Weber Farms Produce Stand Variance – Development Standards Variance
approval for:
• PZ-2024-00096 V: Food Stands required to be removed from the premises when not in operation,
requested to leave on-site overnight for the summer and fall seasons granted.
• CONDITION: The Produce Stand may remain on site from July 1 through October 31, only.
A Temporary Use Permit must be applied for each year prior to this stand being placed onsite.
This portable Produce Stand is allowed to be on-site starting July 1 of each year. It must be removed from the site
by October 31 of each year.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
