Hollibaugh, Director SUE FINKAM, MAYOR L E T T E R of G R A N T July 23, 2024 Daniel Majestic 5245 Elmwood Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46203 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2024-00098 V: Wolf Residence, Pool Equipment Variance Dear Mr. Majestic, At the meeting held on Monday, July 22, 2024, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 14547 New Garden Lane: APPROVED: Wolf Residence, Pool Equipment Variance - Development Standards Variance approval for: • PZ-2024-00098 V: Swimming Pool & Equipment must be located a minimum of 3’ setback from easements required: Pool equipment 0’ setback granted. CONDITIONS: • Receive easement encroachment approvals from the Carmel Board of Public Works & Safety via the Carmel Engineering Dept. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is July 22, 2027. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
