Bric,
As a 28 year resident of Carmel I wanted to send a note of my concern about way too many apartments being built in
Carmel.
The ones that are built are also right on top of busy roads making the area seem much smaller.
This is bringing down the home values in Carmel.
There is also a huge parking problem in and around downtown Carmel and Midtown.
