PERMIT FOR STORMWATER DISCHARGE ASSOCIATED WITH CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES AND STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN. 2.REFER TO THE INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (INDOT) STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS, LATEST EDITION, FOR BASIC MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION METHODS. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO RELOCATE ALL EXISTING UTILITIES WHICH CONFLICT WITH THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS SHOWN ON THE PLANS. 4.THE PLANS SHOW THE LOCATION OF ALL KNOWN UTILITIES LOCATED WITHIN THE LIMITS OF CONSTRUCTION ACCORDING TO INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE VARIOUS UTILITY COMPANIES, PREVIOUS CONSTRUCTION PLANS AND AS EVIDENCED BY OBSERVATION OF ABOVE GROUND CONDITIONS BY THE SURVEYOR.
