STORMWATER QUALITY MEASURES TO BE IMPLEMENTED TO PREVENT OR MINIMIZE ADVERSE IMPACTS TO STREAM & RIPARIAN HABITATS. THE PROPOSED, VEGETATED BIO RETENTION BASIN, PROPOSED TURF, AND LANDSCAPE PLANT MATERIAL WILL GENERATE VERY LITTLE IF ANY POLLUTANTS THAT COULD CAUSE HARM TO STREAM OR RIPARIAN 5. AN OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL FOR ALL POST-CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER QUALITY MEASURES: a. THE PROJECT INCLUDES THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO NEW SINGLE-STORY OIL CHANGE BUILDING AS WELL AS ASSOCIATED PARKING, DRIVE AISLES, LOADING AREAS AND UTILITY SERVICE INFRASTRUCTURE. STORMWATER RUNOFF FROM THE DEVELOPED SITE WILL FOLLOW EXISTING DRAINAGE PATTERNS TO THE GREATEST EXTENT POSSIBLE. ALL PROPOSED ONSITE IMPERVIOUS SURFACES WILL DIRECT RUNOFF TO A NEW INFILTRATION BASIN WHICH WILL INFILTRATE AND LIMIT THE DISCHARGE TO THE EXISTING 98TH STREET ROADSIDE DITCH BY PROVIDING STORMWATER DETENTION WITHIN. SOME AREAS WILL BE SUBJECT TO DIRECT SHEET DRAIN RUNOFF BUT THOSE WILL BE LIMITED TO AREAS LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO THOSE CONTRIBUTING UNDER EXISTING CONDITIONS AND AREAS OF PERVIOUS SURFACE COVERAGE. AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 302.06(7) OF THE MANUAL, THE SMALLEST PERMISSIBLE ORIFICE CONTROL IS 6” DIAMETER REGARDLESS IF THE RESULTING DISCHARGE EXCEEDS THE ALLOWABLE OUTFLOWS. THE PROPOSED DETENTION/INFILTRATION BASIN UTILIZES A 6” DIAMETER UNDERDRAIN MODELED AS AN ORIFICE. A SUMMARY OF PROPOSED RUNOFF/DISCHARGE IS PROVIDED BELOW. b. OWNER OF BMP: ELLIOT SMITH BALDWIN CAPITAL PARTNERS 10884 GRESHAM PLACE NOBLESVILLE, IN. 46060 c. BMP OWNER ASSUMES ALL OPERATIONAL AND MAINTENANCE COSTS FOR BMP. d.
