DO NOT PLACE DEWATERING BAG WITHIN 50 FEETOF A SWALE, DITCH OR CREEK.1.STRIP TOPSOIL OR SOIL CONTAINING VEGETATION AND ROOT FIBERS FROM STREET ANDBUILDING PAD AREAS AND PLACE IN TOPSOIL STOCKPILE AREA AS NOTED ON THE PLANS.2.COMPLETE ALL MASS GRADING REQUIRED TO PREPARE ROAD AND BUILDING SUBGRADES, PADSAND PONDS. IF LIME WILL BE USED TO STABILIZE THE STREET SUBGRADE, APPLY LIME BEFOREANY STORM SEWER INSTALLATION.3.INSTALL ALL STORM SEWER SYSTEMS AND OTHER UTILITIES.
