Temporary or permanent surface stabilization is required on any bare orthinly vegetated area that is scheduled or likely to remain inactive for aperiod of 15 days or more.2. Stormwater outlet protection shall be installed prior to construction of stormsewer or culverts.3.Excess soil stored on site shall be contained by a sediment control measure(i.e. silt fence, temporary seeding, etc).4.Contractor shall establish a concrete washout station in proximity to theconstruction site and a stabilized construction entrance.Seeding/Sodding Specs:1. Temporary surface stabilization: Placement of INDOT temporary seedmixture as defined in INDOT Spec. 205. This stabilization is seedingwith 150 lb/ac of oats prior to June 15, seeding with 150 lb/ac of WinterWheat after September 1, and mulching alone for stabilization betweenthese dates.2.Permanent surface stabilization: Project shall be sodded after the sitehas been fine graded as defined in INDOT Spec. 621.
