Carmel Drive Carmel, IN 46032 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2021-00135 UV – Recovery Auto Dear Mr. Coots: At the meeting held on Monday, August 23, 2021 the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Use Variance (UV) request filed by you for the property located at 10601 N. College Avenue: APPROVED with Conditions: Docket No. PZ-2021-00135 UV, Use Variance approval for Prohibited Uses in Overlay, Automobile Sales & Display granted with the Conditions of a three (3) year time limit and dedicating additional street right of way for the roundabout (if needed). Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Use Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of this use variance is August 23, 2024. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
