Section of UDO being varied from: UDO Section 2.06 minimum 35' front yard set back required: 25' requested
Explanation of why variance/waiver is being requested: House sits on a corner lot, so two street frontages exist, thus two
front yard setbacks. This creates a large setback from where we want to place the building addition, that would normally
be a side-yard setback of 10-ft.
