The Carmel Planning Department took the following administrative action regarding design approval for
exterior building modifications and site improvements. The site is located at 43 W. Main St. It is zoned C-
2/Mixed-Use and is not located within an overlay zone.
APPROVED: PZ-2024-00020 ADLS Amend: BuffaLouie’s
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting an application
for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
