Please have the owner or plumber call into the new service center at 1-800-
990-1930. We will need load information on the proposed restaurant, the
current gas meter might need to be resized to accommodate the additional
load. Also, the existing service line will under the proposed outdoor dining
area. If you plan to change the type of surface or dig it out in this area, the
service line will possibly need to be relocated.

All required exit doors and gates shall not be provided with a lock or latch
unless it is panic or fire exit hardware as required by section 1008.1.10 of the
Indiana Fire Code.

There are four (4) doors to the building, two (2) on
northside, i.e. Main Street and two (2) on southside
alleyway. All four (4) doors will open outward and will
have the fire exit hardware as required by Section
1008.1.10 of the Indiana Fire Code. The exterior three
(3) foot vinyl split rail fence around the outdoor patio on
the southside of the building and adjacent to Veteran's
Way will have two (2) non-locking gates that are spring
hinged opening outward.

1027.5 Access to a public way. The exit discharge shall provide a direct and
unobstructed access to a public way. A clear 36 in wide minimum exit path
shall be provided from any building exit, that discharges into the outdoor
seating area, to a public way. PUBLIC WAY. A street, alley or other parcel of
land open to the outside air leading to a street, that has been deeded,
dedicated or otherwise permanently appropriated to the public for public
use and which has a clear width and height of not less than 10 feet (3048
mm).

Please upload a roof plan identifying the location of the
rooftop mechanical equipment and elevations
illustrating how these will be screened from view.

HVAC units will be located on the roof on the southside
of the building. Appropriate screening a minimum of
three (3) feet shall run on top of the building from the
westside of the building to the eastside of the building
on the south wall. Further, the second plan of
development will include a 50x35 building that will
completely screen the HVAC units.

outdoor patio. No additional lighting fixtures will be
added to the building.

brick design. White fencing around dining area can
remain.

Fence material and color around outside patio shall be
white and made of standard vinyl material. Screening
around the cooler shall be faux concrete painted white
and composite posts painted black with decorative
caps.
