Hi Bric, thank you for the opportunity to weigh in on this proposed development. I am not able to attend but hope
my feedback can be included.
I adamantly oppose the commercial component. There has never been commercial built in West Carmel
around our homes and we have had councilors say they will not allow it. Primarily I have concerns around
light and noise pollution in the residential neighborhoods that exist currently. Westfield is currently looking
thth
at building commercial north of this proposal at 146 and Towne North of 146. This commercial proposal
will only exasperate this issue.
I also oppose a density (7.5 homes/acre) that represents that exceeds the already high-density Ambleside
development (4.5 homes/acre)
I am concerned about the increase in tra?ic
I am concerned that the drainage created will create down-stream issues for our Homeowners association
As a member of the board of directors for the Saddle Creek Homeowners Association, I am very concerned about
this proposal. Thank you for your time.
