OWNER CONSENTS TO ZONING APPLICATION
The undersigned, BC Gramercy II, LLC (`BC Gramercy II"), is the owner of parcels of real estate
that are identified per the records of the Hamilton County, Indiana Auditor's Office as Tax Parcel
Identification Numbers 16-10-31-00-00-002.202; 16-10-3 1 -00-00-00 1.000; and, 16-10-31-00-00-003.000
(hereafter the `BC Gramercy II Real Estate").
The undersigned, BC Gramercy III, LLC (`BC Gramercy III"), is the owner of parcels of real
estate that are identified per the records of the Hamilton County, Indiana Auditor's Office as Tax Parcel
Identification Numbers 16-10-31-00-00-002.402 and 16-10-31-00-00-002.412 (hereafter the `BC
Gramercy III Real Estate").
The BC Gramercy II Real Estate and the BC Gramercy III Real Estate shall be collectively
referred to herein as the "Subject Real Estate".
BC Gramercy II and BC Gramercy III hereby authorize and consent to Buckingham Properties,
LLC, and its successors and assigns ("Buckingham"), seeking rezone/text amendment approval to the
existing Gramercy PUD Ordinance for the Subject Real Estate before certain bodies of the City of
Carmel, including but not limited to, the City of Carmel Plan Commission and City of Carmel Common
Council in order to develop the Subject Real Estate for Buckingham's intended purposes (the
"Application"). In addition, if Buckingham determines that other approvals may be required or deemed
necessary in order to develop the Subject Real Estate for its intended purposes, including but not limited
to, primary plat approval, development plan approval, ADLS approval, etc., (collectively the "Other
Approvals") the foregoing Consent and Joinder in Application shall apply to the Application and for any
Other Approvals sought by Buckingham pertaining to the development of the Subject Real Estate.
Further, BC Gramercy II and BC Gramercy III also authorizes Buckingham, its employees, engineers,
land planners, attorneys, attorneys' employees and agents, as follows:
To file Application with respect to the Subject Real Estate; and,
2. To pursue the approval of the Application and Other Approvals, as such may be required.
