following action regarding the Special Exception (SE) request filed by you for the property located at 2918 E.
Smoky Row Road:
APPROVED: PZ-2024-00119 SE - Bonilla Short Term Residential Rental Renewal
Please be advised that per Article 5.72.D of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Special
Exception approval is valid for one (1) year. The expiration date of the approval is August 26, 2025.
