That is where non-controversial petitions are heard (rather than by the full 5-member board). If you are concerned about the variances being denied, you can always commit in writing to us that you will pay the stormwater fee right after the variances get approved. (And we can also make that stormwater fund/fee payment a condition of approval.) Please note I will be out of the office Sept. 6-24.
