The Carmel Planning Department took the following administrative action for the approval to update their status from a
single tenant to a multi-tenant property and record a sign package. The site is located at 201 W. Carmel Dr. It is zoned I-1
and is located within the Range Line Rd/Carmel Dr. overlay zone.
APPROVED: PZ-2024-00045 ADLS Amend: Horton Building Sign Package
