The site is located at 2 W. Main St. It is zoned B-2/Business and is located within the Old Town Overlay District within the Main Street Sub-Area. The existing building is deemed an Old Town Character Building. APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: PZ -2023-00299 ADLS Amend: Bovaconti Coffee • CONDITIONS: The Petitioner addresses all remaining TAC review comments and works with the Planning & Zoning Department to finalize a sign package for this site. In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting an application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
