RE: Docket No. PZ-2023-00299 ADLS Amend: Bovaconti Coffee
Dear Ms. Balcius,
The Carmel Plan Commission Committee took the following action at its August 6, 2024, meeting regarding
approval for exterior modifications to the building and the adjacent courtyard area. The site is located at 2 W.
Main St. It is zoned B-2/Business and is located within the Old Town Overlay District within the Main Street
Sub-Area. The existing building is deemed an Old Town Character Building.
APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: PZ -2023-00299 ADLS Amend: Bovaconti Coffee
• CONDITIONS: The Petitioner addresses all remaining TAC review comments and works with
the Planning & Zoning Department to finalize a sign package for this site.
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting an application
for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
