Maybe using this allowance to possibly put a secondary projection sign (max 5sf) or a projecting sign (max 20sf if it fits) as long as there is an 8ft clearance from ground to bottom of sign and it follows other UDO sign standards for these types of signs. This projection sign would have to go at the entrance to the second floor off of W Main (at ground level). - THIS OPTION WOULD DEPEND ON HOW FAR AWNINGS EXTEND FROM THE BUILDING TO ALLOW FOR AN 8ft CLEARANCE and would replace the second sign (awning) on the east elevation. Sign is specified at 32" which is larger than allowed if spandrel dimensions are correct. Proportionally, the sign (as shown) vs spandrel dimensions do not match the spandrel measurement provided.
