This situation exists because when lots 3 & 4 were re-plated into a single lot circa 2008, the adjacent pool house absorbed all available square footage for any additional accessory roofed structure, in this case a gazebo. For anyone who does not already know, the gazebo lives on the pool deck behind the existing hedges. The gazebo roof connects to the existing garage, below the existing gutter, see attached picture. All the gazebo sketches have been submitted to the HOA Board and received its approval.
