This is retracement survey of Lot 2 Block 7 in the said Mayflower Park lying withinSection 7, Township 17 North, Range 3 East. Monuments marking the Southwest Quarterwere found as below. The property was retraced holding record courses from the corners.Southwest corner - Harrison markerSoutheast corner - Harrison markerB. There are two fence lines along the east line. The closest and oldest is a woven wirefence and runs generally along the line.C. The record descriptions and plats for the site and its adjoiners were obtained from theOffice of the Recorder of Hamilton County (the latest research date was March 20, 2015).The record descriptions for the adjoiners were mathematically retraced to disclose any gapsand/or overlaps between the boundary lines of the site and its adjoiners and none were found.D.
