Dyer Road 46032 3, 1986 Re: Addition to Cedar Lake Subdivision Dear Phil: The most recent agreements between the Board of Hamilton County Commissioners and subdividers of real estate has been as follows: 1. The developer shall be responsible for widening the existing road; in your instance, to a width of 22.'feet. 2. The developer shall be responsible for constructing ditches insur- ing that the road will be properly drained. 3. The developer shall be responsible for the placing of one inch of hot asphalt surface over the road. 4. Hamilton County shall be responsible for the placing of three inches of hot asphalt binder. According to a previous agreement, a minimum of four feet of shoulder .shi.lll,be constructed on the west side of Rhorer Road. All of the above shall apply to the entire length of road abuting your sub- division.
