NOTES :
For reinforcing bar notes, see Standard Drawing E703-BRST-01.
All reinforcing steel to be epoxy coated, unless otherwise noted.
Indicates concrete pour number.
Pour numbers indicate sequence of pours. Pours over interior supports to be made
last to reduce the effect of the slab dead load in the negative moment area.
Pours No.3, 6, 9 and 12 will include the diaphragm at the support, and will be
held to a 5’-0" length.
Suitable restraint shall be provided to prevent the rotation of the outside beams
under construction loads, such as finishing machines, forms, etc.
After the beams have been erected, concrete forms shall not be blocked against
the expansion end of the beams in making any pours adjacent to the beam spans.
The contractor may use permanent metal deck forms in this contract.
For bar bending diagrams, Bill of Materials and additional details, see Sheet No. 45.
