RE: 650 East Carmel Drive office building, new sign package
Dear Aliza:
This letter accompanies an application by Centier Bank for ADLS Amend-Signs
in order to address the proposed new sign package for the existing multi-story multi-
tenant office building located at 650 East Carmel Drive. The details of the new sign
package for this building are as follows:
There will be four (4) wall signs as detailed in the sign plans that were
filed with the City on September 4,2024 (the "Plans").
o One (1) wall sign on the east fagade of the building that will be
illuminated via backlit design.
o One (1) wall sign on the west fagade of the building that will be
illuminated via facelit design.
o Two (2) wall signs on the south fagade of the building that will be
illuminated via facelit design.
o Per the Plans, all signs will be flush-mounted.
o Per the Plans, all signs will be made up of individual channel letters and/or
graphics.
o There are no restrictions for return color or trim cap color for future signs.
o All signs will comply with sign development standards in the Carmel
UDO.

Dear Mr. Buchheit,
The Carmel Planning Department took the following administrative action regarding approval to update the existing Sign
Package. The site is located at 650 E. Carmel Dr. It is zoned B-8 and is not located within an overlay zone.
APPROVED: PZ-2024-00158 ADLS Amend: Fidelity Keystone Office Park (Centier Bank) Sign Package Update
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.

Hello Aliza,
As the owner of 650 East Carmel Drive I formally approve the amended sign application submitted by
Centier Bank for exterior signage. As I indicated via previous correspondence, I approve the
relocation of the Reveal Risk signage from the west, to the east side of the building. At this time, there
are no plans for signage on the north side of the building.
Please let me know if you have questions, or require any additional information from me.

For your information, my agreement with Reveal Risk to relocate exterior, top
Of building signage to the east side of 650. E. Carmel Drive. This is part of the amended sign application
submitted by Centier Bank.
While I’m not ready to sign off on the entire amended plan, please advise next steps on my part of the
process.
