Must be submitted by NOON, Friday, November 15: a) Short memo/letter introducing the project b) Statement of Special Exception request (short paragraph explaining what you are asking for) c) Statement of Support (short paragraph explaining reasons supporting the request, including analysis and comparisons of what is allowed vs. what is proposed) d) Location Map e) Reductions of all plans (location map, site plan, parking plan, aerial photo of site, photos of house exterior, etc. on 8.5”x11” or 11”x17” paper. f) Page 8 of Handout/Application – Findings of Fact sheet (question sheet filled out, statements completed) g) Any other pertinent information for the Board to explain this request (such as neighbor letters of support, HOA approval letter if applicable, etc.). th Proof of your public notices must be received by my office no later than 8am on Wednesday, November 20.
