Do not use feet, inches or percent symbols when filling out the tables Do not rename any of the column headings It is imperative that the structures and pipe runs be entered in the sheets in the same order. Storm_Structure Storm Structure Number (STR_NU) - This is the unique identifer number information that will match the attribute number in CAD Structure Type (STR_TYPE) - Manhole, Curb Inlet, Beehive Inlet, End Section, Yard Inlet, Catch Basin, etc Structure Material (STR_MAT) Material of storm structure. (Concrete, Brick, etc.) Top of Casting (TC_ELEV) - Elevation at the rim or top of casting Casting Type (CAST_TYPE) - Neenah R-3501-TR, East Jordan 7495M1, etc. Shape of Structure (STR_SHAPE) - Eliptical, Square, Rectangular, Round, etc. Invert of Sump (SUMP_INV) - Enter the invert elevation of the sump Owner (Owner) - Ownership of structures Appenditure (Appenditure) - Additional appenditure on storm water structure. If none present mark field as 'none'. Outfall (Outfall) - If structure is storm water outfall. Mark 'Y' or 'N' Number of Inverts (NUM_INVERT) - Enter the number of inverts This sheet is set up to handle a maximum of 8 inverts into a structure Invert directions are calculated on 8 compass points Invert 1 will be N, if there is a North, and progress in a clockwise fashion In order N,NE,E,SE,S,SW,W,NW In the event that 2 inverts share the same direction, the shallowest invert shall be listed first In the event of a drop pipe, the shallowest invert shall be listed first It is suggested that pipe runs be separated by a blank row Structures may need to appear more than once if they are common to more than one profile (just copy the information as needed) As an example, str 104 is in the main profile and also the furthest downstream structure in a secondary run (this is usually the case when there are more than 3 inverts) The Top of casting for end sections should be shown as NA Storm_Pipe Pipe runs must be listed in the same order as the structures including skipped lines Sheet must be filled out going from upstream to downstream Up stream structure ID (UPS_STR_ID) - This is the unique ID of the structure upstream Down stream structure ID (DOW_STR_ID) - This is the unique ID of the structure downstream Slope (SLOPE) - The slope of the pipe. Diameter (Diameter) - This is the size or diameter of the pipe. Structure Shape (STR_SHAPE) - This is the shape of the structure: eliptical, square, rectangular, round, etc. Pipe Length (PIPE_LEN) - This is the length of the pipe. Material (MATERIAL) - RCP, PVC, HDPE, CMP, Concrete Length of Granular Backfill (BACKFILL) - length of the granular backfill Owner (Owner) - Ownership of structures Sub-Surface Drain (SSD) - If storm water pipe functions as sub-surface drain Culvert (Culvert) - If storm water pipe is culvert drain Average Depth (AVE_DEPTH) - the average depth of the storm pipe. Up stream Invert (UPSTRM_INV) - This is the invert of the structure upstream Down stream invert (DNSTRM_INV) - This is the inver of the structure downstream Note: The formula for the ave. depth will have to be adjusted slightly for each pipe run. Impervious Surface Project - Name of subdivision and section or other project name. INST_DATE - Date the impervious surface was installed. Format will be MM/DD/YYYY. If month or day is unknown, use 01. Field can be left blank if unknown SQ_FT - Total area in square feet of impervious surface installed Project Type (ProjectType) - If project is residential or non-residential BMP_Structure STR_NU - Number from plan or As-Built data BMP_TYPE- type of BMP Structure (Water Quality Unit, Inlet Insert, Tree Box, etc.) MODEL_NAME - Model name of BMP structure (i.e. Aquaswirl, Stormceptor, etc.) MODEL NUMBER - Model Number of BMP structure if applicable INST_DATE- date the BMP was installed ORIENTATION - If BMP structure lies upon storm water main or off storm water main line DIVERSION - If BMP diverts flow off storm water main WEIR - If weir was installed with BMP structure WEIR HEIGHT - Height of weir structure (if applicable) UNIT NAME - SUMP - Is a sump present CAPACITY - Capacity of the BMP structure BMP_OWNER- responsible party for BMP (Private, Municipal, County) TC_ELEV - Top of Casting Elevation, numbers only I.E. 732.56 INV_1_OUT - The elevation of the invert outflow I.E. 725.73 Invert directions are calculated on 8 compass points Invert 1 will be N, if there is a North, and progress in a clockwise fashion In order N,NE,E,SE,S,SW,W,NW In the event that 2 inverts share the same direction, the shallowest invert shall be listed first In the event of a drop pipe, the shallowest invert shall be listed first INV_1_IN - The inflow invert elevation per criteria listed above I.E. 726.75 INV_2_OUT - The outflow invert elevation per criteria listed above I.E. 727.22 INV_2_IN - The inflow invert elevation per criteria listed above I.E. 727.22 INV_3_OUT - The outflow invert elevation per criteria listed above I.E. 726.89 INV_3_IN - The inflow invert elevation per criteria listed above I.E. 726.89 Ponds BASIN - HUC Code corresponding to what drainage basin pond falls within Normal Pool Elevation (POOL_NORMAL) - Normal pool elevation of pond 100 Year Pool Elevation (POOL_100YR) - 100 year event elevation of pond Bottom Elevation (BOTTOM_ELEVATION) - Bottom elevation of pond Type (Type) - Type of pond. (Wet, Dry, Underground) BMP (BMP) - Does pond function as BMP BMP Type (BMP_Type) - If pond functions as BMP type must be provided Open Conveyance Upstream inversion (UPS_STR_INV) - Upstream invert elevation of conveyance Downstream inversion (DOW_STR_INV) - Downstream invert elevation of conveyance Slope (SLOPE) - The slope of the conveyance. Bottom Width (BOTTOM_WIDTH) - Bottom width of conveyance (in feet) Top Width (TOP_WIDTH) - Top width of conveyance (in feet) Length (LENGTH) - Length of conveyance Material (MATERIAL) - Material that makes up conveyance Location (LOCATION) - Ownership of conveyance Easement Width (EASEMENT_WIDTH) - Width of easement associated with conveyance Type (TYPE) - Type of conveyance BMP Signage Sign Text - Text of what is displayed on sign BMP Protected - Type of BMP sign is protecting Basin Type - Type of BMP basin Stormwater Easements Drainage - Is easement a drainage easement yes/no? BMP - Is easement a BMP easement yes/no? Access - Is easement an access easement yes/no?
