The applicant seeks to create an outdoor patio/dining area alongside their existing restaurant. See the packet for full details. The design of this patio area is in character with the area, and is a welcome improvement to their restaurant in both appearance and function. This design will not alter landscaping or parking. The Department recommends approval after any issues are discussed and resolved.
