Per our conversation, the Kona Grill located at the Clay Terrace mall would like to enclose their current patio with operable windows. I have attached the landlord approval letter as well as the working drawings for what is being proposed. The window system that will be used would match the same green color on the current building windows. The current fire pit within the covered patio will be replaced with a double- sided fireplace. The current metal railing will be removed and replaced with a CMU kneewall that will have a slate cladding. The stone piers currently located around the patio will remain. We will also be replacing the existing fabric cover with a standing seam metal roof in a dark bronze finish.
