Sunrise of Carmel
Dear Mary:
The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting April 17, 2007 regarding
the Development Plan and Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping and Signage application
(DP/ADLS) and Zoning Waiver application for Sunrise of Carmel to be located at the northeast
comer of Old Meridian Street and US 31 within the US 31 Overlay.
APPROVED: Sunrise of Carmel, DP/ADLS, Docket No. 07010009 and Sunrise of Carmel
Zoning Waiver to increase the Floor Area Ratio from 0.70 to 0.84 (20%)
Docket No. 07020006 was approved with revisions as presented to the full Plan
Commission.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for
permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
