CARMEL PLAN COMMISSION
DOCKET NO. 105-02 PP AMEND
Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Plan Commission meeting on August 20, 2002 at 7:00
p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a
Public Hearing upon a Shelborne Park Primary Plat Amendment application filed by Roger L.
Kessler, Attorney at Law for Logan Limited for +/- 40 acres on the north side of 131st Street
approximately 1/4 mile east of Shelborne Road commonly known as 3482 West 131st Street,
CarmeL IN 46032.
The real estate affected by said application is described as follows:
Part of the West Half of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 18
North, Range 3 East, Hamilton County, Indiana and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Half-Half-Quarter Section; thence North 00 degrees 23
minutes 17 seconds East (assumed bearing) along the West line of said Half-Half-Quarter
