Code Enforcement has had issues with this site and with tent structure that is associated with this structure. Builder has agreed that McComas Engineering will be submitted a copy of the specs. He will pay costs of their review. If it is determined that they have issues, he understands it is his responsibility to contact the State and apply for variance, since there is no State Commercial Design release. He also understands he is proceeding with this at his own risk, and will not hoid the City of Carmel liable in any way for this construction. Builder reports there is no MECH, PLUM, or HV AC. Further, he reports that any electrical used in this structure is run from a box at the Chapei buidling, by cord into th is structure-when needed. Builder/Owner Charles (Chuck) Lazzara met with Jim Blanchard and Sarah Lillard on 3/10/06, to discuss this project and submit paperwork. At this meeting, Jim Blanchard determined that only footing and Final inspections will be necessary. (The final will be rough/final combo- scheduied as final) Lillard pointed out that CFD will also need to do the final. This permit is valid only if construction commences within one (I) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release. All construct,ion must be completed (C/O issued) within two (2) years of the issuance date.
