1 have spoken with both Pete Hawyrluk of Balamor Development and Dave Reusser of Executive (?) Homes. Both
have been apprised of the need for a Secondary Plat Amendment; neither has applied.
If you're going to issue a temporary C/O, be sure to set a deadline for compliance - no open-ended temporaries.
