PZ-2024-00143 V; -00144 V; -00145 V: Baldwin Residence Variances. Dear Mr. Baldwin: At the meeting held on Monday, September 23, 2024, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variances (V) request filed by you for the property located at 10367 Woodhall Lane: APPROVED: Baldwin Residence Variances - Development Standards Variance approval for: • Minimum 30’ front yard building setback allowed, 25’ granted, • Maximum 35% lot coverage allowed, 41% granted, and • Minimum 10-ft side yard setback allowed (with 20-ft aggregate); 6.7-ft and 18.9-ft side yards granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is September 23, 2027. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
