Thanks! We require detention for any projects that exceed 0.25 acres so this lot would still be held to this requirement. This lot was also benefited by a recent storm drainage project completed by the City so we would accept a $6,000 contribution in lieu of providing detention. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Yes, we plan to conform with the city of Carmel and work with the engineering department on the stormwater topic as needed. We did have a question about the stormwater fund fee, since we are decreasing the lot coverage from the current impervious coverage, we didn't know if the fee would still apply. Please let us know your thoughts! Thank you! On Fri, Oct 18, 2024 at 3:51 PM Conn, Angelina V <Aconn@carmel.in.gov> wrote: Thanks, Peter. Also, one last planning/zoning review comment remains for your team - Please confirm that you are working with the Carmel Engineering Dept. and will also pay into the stormwater fund / fee if you cannot provide on-site stormwater detention. We are maintaining the north wall set back of the existing home at 12'-4" with the egrees window well on that same north wall extending out to be 5'-10" from the property line.
