STATEMENT IN SUPPORT OF ADLS AMENDMENT
Auto Credit Builders, an entity separate from Pearson Ford, has leased a portion of the
Pearson Ford Dealership building to conduct a used car sales office for customers who have
experienced financial difficulties and the resulting limitations on purchasing vehicles on credit.
The requested signs for Auto Credit Builders will replace an existing Truck Center sign that
is permitted by ordinance and the Pearson Ford sign and logo on the south elevation.
The Pearson Ford sign and logo that presently exists on the south elevation will be moved
to the new vehicle dealership building located at the north end of the building and placed on the
north wall visible to southbound S.R. 421 traffic. Presently, no sign exists on that elevation.
