(Please provide us with the stamped receipts of the certificate of mailings for the file on or before Noon, Wed., October 23.) e) Please provide the filled out & notarized Placement of Public Notice Sign Placement Affidavit form (found in Handout) once the sign is placed. f) Please provide the filled out & notarized Petitioners Affidavit of Notice of Public Hearing form (found in Handout). g) Please provide the filled out Notice of the Public Hearing form/template (found in Handout). h) Please provide proof of notice, such as Publishers Affidavit from the newspaper, once you receive them. i) Please make sure to list out your practical difficulties associated with having to comply with the zoning ordinance. j) Please confirm that you are working with the Carmel Engineering Dept. and will also pay into the stormwater fund / fee if you cannot provide on-site stormwater detention. k) Additional review comments (if any) will be issued through ProjectDox, our online electronic plan review software. Docket Nos: PZ-2024-00183V & PZ-2024-00184V. V Variances in ques?on: UDO Sec?on 3.64 (A)(1)(c): Maximum 45% lot cover allowed; 50% requested. UDO Sec?on 3.64 (A)(2)(c): Maximum 5-? side yard setback allowed; 3.21-? requested. We will plan to pay into the storm water fund/fee if on-site storm water deten?on is required with this project.
