Resolved 2 1 Planning & Zoning Angie Conn 10/3/24 9:51 AM Comment The Petitioner still needs to dedicate street right of way, for the Transportation Plan compliance required by UDO section 1.07. (Based off the new Thoroughfare Plan and the existing conditions to the east, the city requests a 78-ft wide street ROW for this section of 131st Street. This is largest extent of the Local Road standard in the Comprehensive Plan and will allow for the 10-ft wide multiuse path to be built and connected to the existing path to the east. So, for this site, the city will require a 39-ft half ROW be dedicated to the city (from the centerline of the street). Please work with Caleb Warner in the Carmel Engineering Dept. on that street ROW dedication process - cwarner@carmel.in.gov) Reviewer Response: Angie Conn - 10/18/24 3:05 PM okay. the finalization of the street ROW dedication be a condition of approval. ---------------------------------------------------------- Responded by: Brian Brown - 10/3/24 10:46 AM This is in process.
