State Release 325066 has 3 conditions:
1. Release Is for shell building only
and does not include finish for one
or more tenant spaces. Those shall
be filed as new project(s).
2. Plans/specs for revised fire
suppression system need to be filed.
3. For slab-an-grade floor, the
perimeter insulation shall extend
downward from the top of the slab to
the bottom of the slab and then
horizontally for a minimum total
distance of forty-eight (48) inches
per code.
This is interior white box finish of the
tenant space, the completion of the new
store front, and a 2100 square foot
addition to the back of the building.
The original ADLS Amendment for the
store front did not include approval
for the addition. However, the
addition was approved later by Angie
Conn. -- That approval was verified on
4/24/07, so the permit will now go into
review as of that date.
